To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Nothing is charged upfront — your card is securely kept on file and will only be used in the event of a no-show, arrival more than 15 minutes late, or on your fourth (4th) late cancellation (within 24 hours), at which point a $50 fee will be applied.
Out of respect for both our clients and providers, we kindly require minimum 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) are tracked on your account. After three (3) late cancellations within a 12-month period, any additional late cancellation or reschedule will result in a $50 charge to the card on file.
